The most common side effects of this medicine include tiredness, joint pain,muscle pain, nausea, and vomiting. Resihance40mg Tablet might also cause severe headache, confusion, problems with youreyesight, and difficulty talking. If it happens, your doctor may check you forblood pressure as these might be a symptom of high blood pressure. If youexperience severe diarrhea, then consult with your doctor or drink plenty offluids. Let your doctor know about severe abdominal pain or black, tarry, orbloody stools as it might be symptoms of bleeding disorder. Resihance 40mg Tablet may reduce thenumber of blood cells (decrease red blood and white blood cells) in your blood,thereby, increasing the susceptibility to infections. Regular blood tests arerequired to check your blood cells along with liver functioning.

Resihance 40mg Tablet is not recommended during pregnancy or whilebreastfeeding. The use of effective contraception by both males and femalesduring treatment is important to avoid pregnancy.
