Celofos 2gm Injection is usuallygiven as a slow infusion (drip) into a vein (intravenously) over several hours.Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to takeit. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from timeto time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it inthe wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. Celofos 2gm Injection may take severalweeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking itunless your doctor tells you to. Celofos2gm Injection is advised that you drink extra fluids so that you pass moreurine. This will help prevent bladder and kidney problems and keep your kidneysworking well.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, anemia(low number of red blood cells), hair loss, decreased white blood cellscount. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. Theremay be ways of reducing or preventing them. Celofos 2gm Injection is very strong medicine and some people maydevelop serious side effects while taking it. Celofos 2gm Injection may lower your ability to fight infectionsand lead to problems with your blood, liver or kidneys.

Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems or aretaking any medicines to treat infections. Many other medicines can affect, orbe affected by; this medicine so let your doctor know all medications you areusing. Celofos 2gm Injection is notrecommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. It may harm your baby. Youand your partner should avoid becoming pregnant or fathering a child forseveral months after your treatment with it has stopped.
